A Global Welcome to MEGA.AI

Debt collection at the core - from the UK and Europe to the United States

This year, MEGA.AI has been welcomed with open arms across the UK, Europe and now the United States - specifically within regulated debt collection and credit management environments.

We’re proud to share that our first major US debt collection agency are now being onboarded, marking an important milestone in our international expansion. The trust we’ve received from collection agencies, utilities, financial services providers and public bodies confirms a clear market need for purpose-built AI voice designed for collections - not generic AI retrofitted after the fact.

MEGA.AI Arrives in the United States

New Pittsburgh office and Carnegie Mellon joint venture

To support our growing debt collection footprint in the US, we are opening our US office in Pittsburgh.

In early February, Dr. Anders Øland, our Head of AI R&D, will relocate to the US to accelerate our joint venture with leading figures from Center for Voice Intelligence and Security at Carnegie Mellon University. Together, we are advancing the next generation of deterministic, governed AI voice technology specifically engineered for regulated collections.

This collaboration strengthens our long-term mission:
to set the global standard for responsible AI in debt collection.

Over the past months, we’ve entered into multiple new strategic partnerships across the debt collection ecosystem, including collaborations with leading collection platforms, dialer and infrastructure providers, and specialists in vulnerability and consumer support.

Going Live Across Europe - and Beyond

Scaling regulated debt collection use cases

MEGA.AI is already live in multiple European debt collection markets, delivering strong results across ID&V, payment handling, negotiation, dispute resolution and vulnerability workflows.

In early 2026, we will open additional major European markets, followed by further international expansion across the Nordics, Southern Europe, Australia and New Zealand - all with a clear focus on regulated debt collection and credit management use cases.
